Jim Sketches

This would most likely go in the scraps section usually, I coloured it up a bit although a bit messily thought I'd put it as a normal deviation cos I could do with some feedback...well it would be greatly appreciated.
The sketches is for a character named Jim, he will be the main character of a new project i'm working on, at this stage you might be asking about my other comic but I have decided to make that as a more random comic that I will make when I have an idea for a page cos I don't want to really do story arcs and all the plotting and planning has currently killed my immediate interest in that comic. The comic I am making Jim for is going to be story based and the name is still undecided, the current title is "God of Luck" which will most likely be changed as soon as I have a better title. I will post more about the planned story in future sketches or in the journal.
Now I have rambled on a bit but if there is any advice to improve Jim it would be appreciated, at the moment I am unsure on the hair colour, I am aiming not to use brown cos too many of my characters have variations of brown, but if blonde doesn't work then it doesn't work. I prolly won't use the eye colours, I might not even have eye colour. Also if you look at my sketches for Blues the expressions might be a bit samish I don't know, but for the time being i'm just trying to work out how Jim will look, my side views also need a bit of work.
